These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Onsite Solution website (https://www.onsitesolution.co.in) and the services we provide. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Onsite Solution provides onsite (doorstep) laptop, desktop, printer repair and CCTV installation services in Indore. Every booking includes an onsite evaluation by our engineer, who provides a quotation before any repair work begins.

2. Bookings & cancellations

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone or via WhatsApp. We will contact you to confirm before the visit.
  • Please provide accurate contact and address details so our engineer can reach you.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as early as possible.

3. Pricing & payment

  • A fixed visit charge applies for the onsite evaluation, as shown for each service.
  • The cost of any repair is quoted clearly before work begins. You only pay for the repair if you approve the quotation.
  • Payment for completed work is due on completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise (for example, under an Annual Maintenance Contract).

4. Back up your data

Important: Please back up your important data before any repair. While we take care with your device, Onsite Solution is not responsible for any loss of data that may occur during diagnosis or repair.

5. Warranty

Any warranty offered on a repair or on replaced parts will be communicated to you at the time of service. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair that occur after service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onsite Solution's liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Website content

The content, branding and images on this website are the property of Onsite Solution and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
